FERIENHOTELLERIE BAD WIESSEE MITTE TEGERNSEE

FERIENHOTELLERIE BAD WIESSEE MITTE TEGERNSEE

Alpensonne Apartments Tegernsee

Alpensonne Apartments Tegernsee

In the heart of Bad Wiessee, on the former Ritter-Site not far from Lake Tegernsee, a new town center has been created.

Six buildings constructed using a modern wood-steel hybrid design - characterized by loggias and pergolas that extend from the front and largely encircle the structures - are grouped around two terraced plazas. These plazas are connected both functionally and spatially by spacious open staircases and landscaped terraces.

The new town center, designed by Auer Weber Assozzierte GmbH, offers a mix of uses, including rental and vacation apartments, large-scale retail stores, small commercial spaces, and restaurants, as well as an underground parking garage.

The spacious vacation apartments are attached to the Hotel Alpensonne. A natural color palette lends the apartments a calm and elegant atmosphere and creates a space for relaxation. The heart of each vacation apartment is the open kitchen and dining area with a living area offering an incredible view of the mountains.
